TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 423 OF 2018 By John Odhiambo Ng’ong’a, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Odhiambo Osewe, (2) Olum Osewe and (3) Osewe Adongo, who died at Bondo, on 10th December, 1979, 2nd March, 1997 and 5th April, 1988, respectively. CAUSE NO. 428 OF 2018 By William Ounga Ougo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ougo Owuor, who died at Nyabera Sub-location, on 5th August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
