CAUSE NO. 140 OF 2018 By (1) Agnes Ngondu Kingewa and (2) Solonica Kasavi King’ewa, both of P.O. Box 77, Kalawa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingew’a Mbunga Ngonyo, who died at Machakos. CAUSE NO. 141 OF 2018 By (1) Dominic Mulwa Muindi, (2) Esther Kalondu Nthiw’a and (3) Philace Mbithe, all of P.O. Box 150–90134, Yoani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Nthiwa Muindi alias Nthiwa Muindi, who died at Ngiini. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
