TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 617 OF 2018 By Joseph Ngode Odinga, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombima Misiani, who died at Kisumu, on 21st December, 1993. CAUSE NO. 648 OF 2018 By Joseph Onyango Amonde, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Amonde Mango, who died at Kisumu, on 18th June, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
