TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 114 OF 2018 By (1) Margret Kigio Wamuindo and (2) Leah Ndirima Kararwa, both of P.O. Box 1150–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wamuindo Kimari alias Stephen Wamuindo Kimari, late of Githunguri Location, who died at Kiairia, Upper Gathanje, Githunguri, on 1st July, 2010. CAUSE NO. 115 OF 2018 By (1) David Kagunyi Kiarie and (2) Margaret Wanjiru Kiarie, both of P.O. Box 179–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Bosco Kiarie Kagunyi, late of Kamburu Location, Githunguri, who died at Matimbei, on 16th February, 2018. CAUSE NO. 131 OF 2018 By (1) Samuel Mukua Njoroge, (2) Joseph Kimani Njoroge and (3) Elizabeth Wanjiru Muigai, all of P.O. Box 118–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Kabura Njoroge alias Selah Kabura Njoroge, late of Githunguri Location, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 25th March, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
