Box 1–40211, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Macdonald Choi Mbera, who died at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 6th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. 492 OF 2018 By Teresa Sagana, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sagana Nyangicha Gatina, who died on 16th July, 2008. CAUSE NO. 496 OF 2018 By (1) Jacinta Mutindi Muithya and (2) Joseph Mogaka Nyakundi, both of P.O. Box 2902–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fred Nyakundi Onyancha, who died at Township Sub- location, on 31st December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
