TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 253 “B” OF 2017 By Mutanu Mbeva, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muli Matata, who died at Mikuyuni, Kitui, on 20th February, 1998. CAUSE NO. 261 OF 2017 By James Mutua Mwinzila, of P.O. Box 1217–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwinzila Muli, who died at Ung’aatu, Kitui, on 3rd April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
