TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 89 OF 2013 By (1) John Gathitu Kuria and (2) Maragret Wambui Kiarie, both of P.O. Box 363, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kuria Gathitu Gaitathu, who died at Mairo Inya, on 12th May, 2008. CAUSE NO. 285 OF 2018 By Gladwell Wanjiku Gichimo, of P.O. Box 95, Olkalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gichimo Mwangi, who died at Huhirio Sub-location, on 21st July, 2017. CAUSE NO. 325 OF 2018 By Lucy Wanja Ngigi, of P.O. Box 669, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngigi Kamiti Kaigua, who died at Nyahururu Private Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
