TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 408 OF 2018 By Ann Wangui Kung’u, of P.O. Box 287–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kung’u Mwae, who died at Kiambu, on 17th March, 2006. CAUSE NO. 485 OF 2018 By (1) Mary Karugi Ndichu and (2) Peter Njoroge Mwenja, both of P.O. Box 107–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and interested party, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Njambi Peter Ndichu alias Teresia Njambi Peter Ndicu, who died at Kiaria, Ikuria, Githunguri, on 10th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
