TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 734 OF 2018 By Isaya Obunga, of P.O. Box 928, Lwanda in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Wajenje Bwana alias Wajenje Bwana, who died at Upper Kadongo, on 26th June, 2004. CAUSE NO. 740 OF 2018 By Rachilo Enoka Ngasi, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Achola Ondu, who died on 18th November, 2014. CAUSE NO. 753 OF 2018 By (1) Elizabeth Atieno Odiyo and (2) Dancan Otieno, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiah Awech Ogalo, who died on 16th March, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
