WHEREAS (1) Jonas Okwaro and (2) Hannah Anne Muthoni Kigotho, both of P.O. Box 42258–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of all that piece of land known as 10852/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Taita District, registered as C.R. 36160, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
