Nyankomba Gekonge, of P.O. Box 51020–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Bethsebah Veronica Nyankomba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Bethsebah Veronica Nyankomba and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Bethsebah V. Nyankomba Gekonge, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Bethsebah V. Nyankomba Gekonge only.
