TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 292 OF 2021 By Juliana Khakhai Situma, of P.O. Box 1578–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maingi Kyule Kiua, who died at along Kangundo Road, on 29th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E296 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Benedetta Mbaika Musyoki, (2) Felista Wavinya Musyoki and (3) Teresia Nthenya Musyoki, all of P.O. Box 34160– 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Athanas Musyoki Mutuku, late of Mbilini Sub- location, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th July, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
