TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2021 By (1) Cherono Murei Naomi, (2) Ruth Chepngeno, and (3) Eunice Chepkirui, all of P.O. Box 218, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kipkoske Munai, who died at Gelegele, on 2nd September, 2012. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2021 By Juliana Chelangat, of P.O. Box 45, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Kiplangat Kurgat alias Philip Kurgat, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 12th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
