Rutoh alias Cheruiyot Rutoh Kenduiwa, who died at Sosiot Sub-location, on 26th December, 1983. CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2021 By Paul Kiprono Maiwa, of P.O. Box 68, Sigor in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaiwa arap Konuche, who died at Chebelion, on 24th November, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
