TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. 323 OF 2021
By Timothy Ouma Utolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Utolo Abwao alias
Dixon Utolo, who died on 14th April, 1989.
CAUSE NO. 324 OF 2021
By (1) Paul Obonyo Obilo and (2) Anastasia Awino Gonyi, the
deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Obilo Onyango alias
Obilo Onyango, who died on 11th September, 1981.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
