E106 OF 2021 By Patrick Malesi Lusimba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Lusimba Shitunyenye alias Pius Kusimba Shitunyenje, who died at Gitamaiyu Sub-location, on 28th February, 2015. CAUSE NO. 248 OF 2021 By Benjamin Ombayia Mudaki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jafeth Mudaki Rusiora, who died at Kidundu Sub-location, on 26th June, 2014. CAUSE NO. 270 OF 2021 By Priscilla Achungo Malada, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Anemba Asiche alias Bernard Anemba, who died at Ebusiralo Sub-location, on 14th August, 1958. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
