Box 3, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Njeru, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2013. CAUSE NO. 270 OF 2021 By Nahashon Gotonga Nyaga, of P.O. Box 74–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Musyemi Nyaga, late of Evurore, Mbeere, who died at Ciathari Junction, on 16th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. 303 OF 2021 By Isabella Wanjira Nyaga, of P.O. Box 220, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ishamel Nyaga Isaac Kigoro alias Ishmael Nyagah I., who died at Kiamuringa Sub-location, on 3rd August, 2020.
