TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2021 By Debora Gati Chacha, of P.O. Box 99, Isibania in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngoina Mwita Mbusiro, who died at Ngochoni, on 18th February, 1997. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2021 By (1) Susan Monanka Bunyige and (2) Jane Nyamohanga Gibewa, both of P.O. Box 1–40413, Kehancha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters-in-laws, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gibewa Buyige Gibewa, who died at Nyamotambe, on 18th July, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
