TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2021 By Agnes Kerubo Bikeri, of P.O. Box 2–40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bikeri Aura, who died at Boochi Chache Location, on 29th March, 1997. CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2021 By Richard Nyaege, of P.O. Box 1716, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salome Marie Omambia, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 31st August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
