TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2021 By Ngosho ole Kironkai Shupa, of P.O. Box 38, Lolgorian in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shupa ole Manche Kibongai alias Shupa ole Maanche, who died on 28th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2021 By Jackline Chepkirui Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 180, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptuya Kipkemoi Koskei, who died at Pimbiniet Sub-location, on 2nd January, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
