TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 250 OF 2021 By Jane Anyango Nyanjong, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mike bin Nyanjong Ondiek, who died at Kakmie Location, on 17th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. 513 OF 2021 By Christopher Ogutu Omulo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Juma Ongongo alias Juma Ongongo alias Raphael Juma On’gongo, who died at New Nyanza Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 15th June, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
