Box 1147–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s husband, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caroline Nechesa Kitaa, who died on 30th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E290 OF 2021 By (1) Bryian Muisyo and (2) Caroline Muthoni Muisyo, both of P.O. Box 230–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Muisyo alias Jack Johnson Muisyo Kimeu, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 13th September, 2005. CAUSE NO. E293 OF 2021 By (1) Monica Matheka Muli and (2) George Muli Matheka, both of P.O. Box 194–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Matheka Muli, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
