TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 230 OF 2021 By Alessandro Villa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vittorio Villa, who died on 17th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. 231 OF 2021 By (1) Vittorio Veneziani and (2) Emanuela Nesta, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Fanny Sulis, who died on 31st October, 2021. CAUSE NO. 232 OF 2021 By (1) Dama Mwaruwa Jefa and (2) Karisa Charo Katana, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Katana Iha, who died on 23rd January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
