CAUSE NO. 649 OF 2021 By Rael Kerubo Nyabicha, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Birisira Kerubo Ogechi, who died on 17th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. 666 OF 2021 By David Nyakundi Ouko, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rusia Kemunto Ouko, who died at Kegati Location, on 6th April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
