TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 603 OF 2021 By Richard Omae Makori, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Makori Nyayo alias Makori Nyaayo, who died on 7th November, 1997. CAUSE NO. 562 OF 2021 By Esther Kemunto Nyamweya, of P.O. Box 1085–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Nyarangi Onsongo, who died at Kionganyo Sub-location, on 18th May, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
