TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 605 OF 2021 By (1) Lucia Nyamoita Imbuya, (2) Teresa Kerubo Mbuya and (3) Robert Kennedy Mbuya, the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Frank Mbuya Aima, who died on 14th September, 2007. CAUSE NO. E685 OF 2021 By (1) Keremensia Bosibori Obanga and (2) Christopher Obwoto Opanga, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opanga Mesa, who died at District Hospital, Kisii in Kenya, on 28th May, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
