Box 219, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Abuor Ochuto alias Mikael Abuor Ochuto, late of Homa Bay, who died at Kamlenye, Asego, on 26th October, 1991. CAUSE NO. E308 OF 2021 By Duncan Odhiambo Oketch and (2) Jared Okech Oyier, both of P.O. Box 162–40303, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okelo Ayier, who died at Homa Bay, on 10th November, 1976. CAUSE NO. E328 OF 2021 By (1) Catherine Adek Agola and (2) Siprose Adhiambo Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 629, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milton Agola Okelo alias Agola Okelo, late of Homa Bay, who died at North Kanyabala, on 17th March, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
