TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E479 OF 2021 By Jashon Albert Menya, of P.O. Box 83–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Onyango Wadhier alias Albert Ongango Wadhier, who died at Nyamila, on 14th May, 1998. CAUSE NO. E543 OF 2021 By Margaret Ogwi Otieno, of P.O. Box 69–40610, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Oyoo Wanyang Nyayieka, who died on 24th Janaury, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
