CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2021 By (1) Teresia Wawira Njiru and (2) Clayer Murugi Munyi, both of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Munyi Ngoroi, who died at Komarock Mordern Healthcare, on 7th September, 2021. E214 OF 2021 By Jeremiah Muriuki Njiru, of P.O. 2220–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Muriria, who died at Igumo-ena, on 5th November, 1968. CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2021 By Edith Mukami Gitonga, of P.O. 32–60100, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbogo James alias Mbogo Samuel, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
