TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 617 OF 2021 By Joseph Ndumia Wamariu, of P.O. Box 32–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wamariu Ndegwa alias Wamariu s/o Ndegwa, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 4th September, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
