TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 560 OF 2021 By (1) Mathews Kanyina Maina, (2) Pauline Njoki Muriuki and (3) Hellen Wangui Dyer, all of P.O. Box 71, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Nancy Muthoni Maina alias Esther N. Maina alias E. N. Muthoni Maina, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 10th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. 568 OF 2021 By Grace Wangechi Ngechu, of P.O. Box 12004, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Ngechu Murungu, who died at Gaaki, on 23rd November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
