TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2021 By Martin Ngumburu Maina, of P.O. Box 16372–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Njoki Maina, who died at Thika Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 7th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. 196 OF 2021 By (1) Antony Kamau Kahindi and (2) Caroline Kagure Kahindi, both of P.O. Box 5024–00506, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wamuyu Kahindi, who died at Gitero, on 9th April, 2018. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
