TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E745 OF 2021 By (1) Brian Amugohe Imbugua and (2) Benjamin Chalenga Mudeizi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsang Kesio alias Kipsang s/o Kesio, who died at Bulovi, on 12th July, 1972. CAUSE NO. E762 OF 2021 By Annah Ngesa Amalemba, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mukhobi Busala alias Mukhobi Bisala, late of Shiveye, who died there on 15th February, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
