TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 99 OF 2020 By Selina Nasimiyu Biketi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Bikiti Manyonge, who died at Webuye County Hospital in Kenya, on 30th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. 273 OF 2021 By Gilbert Simiyu Mulwale, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Mulwale Nandasaba alias Raphael Mulwale, who died at West Nalondo, on 23rd October, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
