CAUSE NO. E542 OF 2021 By (1) Paul Juma Onyango and (2) Herine Betty Apondi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Achieng Onyango, who died at Racecourse, on 11th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. E1081 OF 2021 By Samwel Onyango Nyawara, of P.O. Box 95350–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Omolo Agak, who died at Upper Bwanda, on 20th May, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
