CAUSE NO. 1016 OF 2021 By Peter Ochieng Onyango, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Oremo Odero, who died at Kago, Kanyawegi, on 23rd July, 1994. CAUSE NO. 1027 OF 2021 By Rose Achieng Otieno, of P.O. Box 13, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Otieno Alando, who died on 21st October, 2011.
