C. & K., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich Maina, late of Sergoit. CAUSE NO. 139 OF 2021 By Joseph Kiplagat Kibowen, of P.O. Box 27, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplagat Chemwom alias Chelagat A. Chemwom, who died at Tenden Sub-location, on 16th June, 1981. CAUSE NO. 140 OF 2021 By Philip Ruto, of P.O. Box 27, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabilo Kipchumba alias Kabilo w/o Chumba, who died at Tenden Sub-location, on 1st January, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
