TAKE NOTICE, pursuant to section 394 (1) of the Insolvency Act, 2015, that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Coca-Cola Juices Kenya Limited held on the 16th December, 2021, the members resolved to: (a) Voluntarily liquidate the company on this 16th day of December, 2021. (b) Appoint Mr Orlando M. da Costa Luis as liquidator of the company. The creditors of the company are required on or before 26th January, 2022, to send full particulars of all claims they may have against the company addressed to the undersigned, the Liquidator of the company, and if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, personally or by his advocate to come and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
