REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Miriam Wangari Ngochi. (2) Godfrey Muthee Ngochi, (3) Ephantus Wachira Ngochi and (4) Githinji Ngochi, all of P.O. Box 168, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/11/1045, situate in Eastleigh Section II, Nairobi, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Nairobi as volume N5 folio 273/16 file 703, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
