NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 11th November, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 212, in Volume B-13, Folio 2157/18067, File No. 1637, by our client, Dhea Mohamed Kenny, of P.O Box 478-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mbwana Mohamed Sheikh Ali Kenny, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mbwana Mohamed Sheikh Ali Kenny, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dhea Mohamed Kenny, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Dhea Mohamed Kenny only.
