WHEREAS Neeraj Jayantilal Kalaiya, of P.O. Box 1141, Meru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1/1392 (formerly L.R. No. 1/9B), situate in city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 235130/1, and whereas it has been established that the parcel is registered in favour of the President of the Republic of Zambia by virtue of a conveyance dated 2nd June, 1965 in volume N7, folio 341/14, file 1447, notice is given for surrender of the certificate of title registered as I.R. 235130/1, therefore failure to which it will stand cancelled after the lapse of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
