THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Karuga Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.02 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kuria, registered under title No. Bukira/Buhirimonono/642, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kisii in succession Cause No. 608 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration to Naftaly Mbugi David and confirmed it, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier has been reported missing, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of LAR 39 presented in the office by Naftaly Mbugi David, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to David Karuga Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
