THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Wanjiru Kibunja (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.605 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kiine/Kibingoti/Nguguine/2105, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Senior principal Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause no. 619 of 2010, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Alex Ndegwa Njuguna (ID/22468409) and (2) Njoki Kirumwa Njuguna (ID/23571424), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and surrender to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Alex Ndegwa Njuguna (ID/22468409) and (2) Njoki Kirumwa Njuguna (ID/23571424), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mary Wanjiru Kibunja (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
