REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndirangu Kabaru alias Ephantus Ndirangu alias Ndirangu Rugio (deceased), of P.O. Box 220, Kangema in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Loc.10/Kahuti/1230, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang'a in succession cause No. 29 of 2004, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Stephen Mwangi Kamau and (2) Samuel Chege Githuariga, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to the said (1) Stephen Mwangi Kamau and (2) Samuel Chege Githuariga, upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said whereas Ndirangu Kabaru alias Ephantus Ndirangu alias Ndirangu Rugio (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
