THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Duncan Gichuhi Therembo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Gatuanyaga/Ngoliba Block 2/420, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause no. 2185 of 2004, directing the name of Duncan Gichuhi Therembo (deceased) to be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Wilson Thirimbu Gichuhi and (2) Clement Kamau Gichuhi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Duncan Gichuhi Therembo (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL. 19 and RL. 7, and issue land title deed in the name of (1) Wilson Thirimbu Gichuhi and (2) Clement Kamau Gichuhi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Duncan Gichuhi Therembo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
