REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Mbuthl Kihiu (ID/11687815), of P.O. Box 801-00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that property known as Githunguri/Githiga/2246, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect has been lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
