REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Justus Ndiritu Githanga (deceased), is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0800 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 27/760, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land under section 33 (5) of the Land Registration Act, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
