THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alan Cullinan Herd, of P.O. Box 10144-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 1283/III/MN, situate in North of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 21057/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period,.
