THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Elizabeth Njeri Hinga and (2) Nyoike Mugo Hinga, both of P.O. Box 15678-00509, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 214/149, situate in the city of Narobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance, registered in Volume N33 Folio 178/8 File 10468, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the land registration Act No. 3 of 2012 provided that no objection has been received within that period.
