REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Property Reality Limited, of P.O. Box 14027-00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor interest in all that piece of land situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 23/196, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
